CACI Awarded $79 Million Task Order to Support Innovative Intelligence and Systems Engineering for U.S. Army

Work Will Help Prepare Army for Emerging
Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Requirements
CACI International Inc (NYSE:CACI) announced today that it has
been awarded a $79 million task order by the U.S. Army Intelligence
and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) to support I2WD’s
Innovative Intelligence Solutions and Systems Engineering Support
program. The three-year task order, awarded under CACI’s Technical
Information Engineering Services (TIES) contract vehicle,
represents continuing work for the company in its Intelligence
Systems and Support market area.
I2WD is the Army’s center for research and development of
advanced cyber operations, electronic warfare, signals intelligence
technologies, radar, and intelligence analysis, exploitation, and
dissemination capabilities.
Under this award, CACI will provide systems engineering support
for intelligence solutions and will develop emerging capabilities
into mature technologies to address the U.S. Army’s evolving
intelligence and electronic warfare requirements. Additionally,
CACI will leverage a partnership with academia to develop novel and
innovative concepts and will apply systems engineering and
operational testing to support the cultivation of those new
concepts into sophisticated technologies.
