Explanation of Responses:
( 1)	Shares are held in trust for the benefit of Reporting Person and his children, and of which he serves as co-trustee.
( 2)	Shares represent a 50% beneficiary interest in the Barbara P. Ruhlman Irrevocable Trust dated 7/29/08, of which the Reporting Person is also a co-Trust Advisor.
( 3)	Shares were transferred for no consideration to the Barbara P Ruhlman Trust dated 9/21/16, of which Bernard Karr serves as trustee and Robert G. Ruhlman and the Reporting Person act as co-Trust Advisors with respect to the investment and voting of such shares. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the stock held by the Trust except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
