Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 21, 2016, Basic Energy Services, Inc. (“Basic”) issued a press release announcing that the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) has accepted Basic’s plan for continued listing on the NYSE. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
