have executed a
Memorandum of Understanding
for the delivery
and installation of a 10MW Showcase of Dominovas Energy’s RUBICON™ Solid Oxide Fuel Cell System in the country of Brazil
.
The MoU concerns the joint interests and intent of the companies and Dominovas Energy Corporation, a United States publicly traded Company incorporated in Nevada and with registered offices in Atlanta, Georgia, to mutually work in partnership for the utilization of the RUBICON™ in South America.
