The report of FlikMedia, Inc. (the “Company”) on Form 10-Q Quarterly Report for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 (the “Form 10-Q”) could not be filed within the prescribed time period due to the fact that the Company was unable to finalize its financial results as well as the disclosure requirements of Form 10-Q without unreasonable expense or effort. As a result, the Company’s auditors were unable to complete their review of the Form 10-Q prior to the due date of the report.

The Company anticipates significant changes in the results of its operations for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2016 compared to the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2015, due to the fact that the Company ceased normal operations on August 14, 2015, as previously disclosed. This disclosure is being provided solely to comply with the disclosure required in paragraph 3 of Part IV of this Form 12b-25.
