On November 14, 2016, Nivalis Therapeutics, Inc. issued a press release announcing completion of enrollment in the second of two Phase 2 clinical studies of cavosonstat (N91115),  a novel stabilizer of the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator protein. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
