On November 14, 2016, Amaya Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release confirming receipt of a non-binding all cash offer from its former Chief Executive Officer, David Baazov, on behalf of an entity to be formed to acquire the Company. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
