Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 10, 2016, we issued a press release announcing the declaration of a regular quarterly cash dividend of twenty-seven and one-half cents per share ($0.275). The dividend is payable Friday, December 9, 2016 to stockholders of record as of Monday, November 21, 2016. The press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
