On November 7, 2016, the Company announced that Kenneth W. Smith, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, intends to retire from the Company in early 2017. The Company has commenced a search for a successor. Mr. Smith will continue to serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until his successor is named and has agreed to assist with an orderly transition.
