Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On November 7, 2016, MeetMe, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Current Report”).

As discussed in Item 2.02 above, the Company issued a press release, dated November 7, 2016, announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016, the text of which is incorporated by reference into this “Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.” In addition, as discussed in the press release dated November 7, 2016, the Company is making the presentation materials available on its website.
