(b) On October 31, 2016, Suzanne Labarge, a Director of XL Group Ltd (the “Company”), notified the Company of her intention not to stand for re-election as a director at the Company’s 2017 Annual General Meeting, currently expected to be held on May 19, 2017. Ms. Labarge will continue to serve as a Director of the Company until that time.
