Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 2, 2016, The Spectranetics Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has submitted to the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) its Pre-Market Approval application for the Stellarex drug-coated angioplasty balloon. Stellarex is designed to restore and maintain blood flow to the superficial femoral and popliteal arteries in patients with peripheral arterial disease. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
