Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
|
On November 1, 2016, Owens & Minor, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2016. The Company is furnishing the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K.
