Company (NYSE: WY) today announced the appointment of Devin W.
Stockfish to vice president of Western Timberlands, and
Kristy T. Harlan to senior vice
president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Both changes
will be effective January 1,
2017.
Stockfish currently serves as senior vice president, general
counsel and corporate secretary. In his new role, he will lead the
company's Timberlands operations in Washington and Oregon. Stockfish will report to Rhonda D. Hunter, senior vice president of
Timberlands.

transforming Weyerhaeuser into a focused timber, land, and forest

Harlan joins Weyerhaeuser from the law firm of K&L Gates
LLP, where she is a partner focusing on corporate, securities and
business-related transactions, including securities offerings,
mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures and strategic
alliances, and corporate governance. In her new role, she will lead
the company's Law department. Harlan will join the company as a
senior vice president effective November
28, and assume her new role as general counsel and corporate
secretary on January 1. She will
report directly to Simons.

Devin W. Stockfish has been
senior vice president, general counsel and corporate
secretary for Weyerhaeuser since July
2014. He joined the company in March
2013 as corporate secretary and assistant general counsel.
Before joining Weyerhaeuser, he was vice president and associate
general counsel at Univar Inc., where he focused on mergers and
acquisitions, corporate governance and securities law. Previously,
he was an attorney in the law department at Starbucks Corporation
and practiced corporate law at K&L Gates LLP. Before he began
practicing law, he was an engineer with the Boeing Company.
Stockfish received his J.D. from Columbia
University School of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado.
