Paul Reed, Chief Executive of BP PLC's (BP, BP.LN) trading arm, announced that he will retire at the end of March, the Financial Times reported Friday.

BP's treasurer, Alan Haywood, will become CEO of the trading division on Jan. 1, FT reported.
