Providence Resources to Pay GBP1.1 Million to Transocean

LONDON--Providence Resources PLC (PZQA.DB) said Friday that it
will pay Transocean Ltd. (RIG) 1.1 million pounds ($1.4 million)
after a court rulling in respect of all outstanding costs.
The Irish-based oil and gas exploration company previously said
it was expecting to pay around $3.9 million.
Shares at 0720 GMT down 0.01 pence, or 0.1%, at 11.31 pence
valuing the company at GBP68 million.
