Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 20, 2016, Neuralstem, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the presentation of the poster entitled “reversal of radiation-induced cognitive impairment by oral administration of a neurogenic small molecule compound NSI-189,” at the Radiation Research Society Annual Meeting on October 19, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.01.
