SuccessFactors1 the highest score for two use cases in
Gartner's Critical Capabilities for Cloud Human Capital Management
(HCM) Suites for Midmarket and Large Enterprises2 report
— Core HR + Talent HCM Suite for Larger Global Organizations and
European Headquartered Midmarket HCM Suite.
In the Core HR + Talent HCM Suite for Larger Global
Organizations (>5K) use case, SAP SuccessFactors received a top
score of 4.02 out of 5 as exhibited by Edgewell Personal Care.

Management, Reporting Tools/WFA/WFP, Technology/UX, Overall Product
Satisfaction and Overall Vendor-Customer Relationship (VCR)
Satisfaction.
