Turkey Mandates Three Banks for Reopening of 10-Year Dollar Bond

ISTANBUL--Turkey's Treasury said Friday it has mandated
Citigroup, HSBC and J.P. Morgan for the reopening of its dollar
denominated bond due October 2026.
In a statement on its website, the treasury said the reopening
of 10-year bond is part of the 2016 external borrowing program,
without giving further details.
