On October 13, 2016, Builders FirstSource, Inc. issued a press release announcing the final results and expiration of its previously announced cash tender offer to purchase up to $50,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 10.75% Senior Notes due 2023. A copy of the press release announcing the final results and expiration of the tender offer is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
