Rennova Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: RNVA) (NASDAQ: RNVAZ), a vertically integrated provider of industry-leading diagnostics and supportive software solutions to healthcare providers, announces that its West Palm Beach lab, Epic Reference Labs has secured a preferred provider network agreement with Community Care Plan (CCP) retrospectively as of 1ST October 2016. Under the agreement, CCP’s more than 100,000 members in South Florida will now have access to Rennova’s industry-leading and high-complexity diagnostic testing laboratory. CCP is a managed care organization (MCO), launched in 2000 as the first safety-net hospital-owned Provider Service Network based in Broward County, Florida.

“Rennova has been focused on securing agreements with preferred provider networks in order to provide our services to an expanded customer base with predictable reimbursement,” said Seamus Lagan, CEO of Rennova Health. “We are pleased to be able to work with CCP, a network in our own backyard in Southern Florida. “This contract provides additional validation of our capabilities and compliance and is further evidence of our successful efforts to transition from an out of network provider with little or no guarantee of receiving payment for providing a service to having a defined agreement with payers.
