Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. informs that since July 9, 2016, the company has received loans from its affiliate Banco de Bogotá S.A., for the ordinary course of its business, in a total amount of COP$100.500.000.000 (approx. U.S. $34.4 million) through several transactions entered into under market conditions, with a maturity of two years.
