On October 5, 2016, Thomas Iwanski tendered his resignation from the board of directors of Pacific Health Care Organization, Inc. (the "Company"). To the knowledge of the Company's executive officers, Mr. Iwanski's resignation was not the result of any disagreement regarding the Company's operations, polices or practices.
