ING Groep N.V. (INGA.AE) said Thursday it sold 46.7 million ordinary shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (500247.BY) for a total of 490 million euros ($550.22 million).

Following the sale, the Dutch financial services firm will own 3.9% of the Indian bank's issued share capital.
