Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 28, 2016, Aoxin Tianli Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting that it had received a letter from the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC stating that the Company had regained compliance with NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 5550(a)(2) which requires that listed companies maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 per share. The press release has been filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
