Please be advised that the Board of Directors, in its meeting held on September 21 ^st , has resolved to amend the composition of the Audit Committee, appointing Mr. Mario Luis Vicens instead of Mr. Ariel Marcelo Sigal.

 

Accordingly, the Audit Committee is composed of Messrs. Roberto Julio Eilbaum, Mario Luis Vicens and José Alfredo Sánchez. All members of the Audit Committee are independent.
