LONDON--U.K.-based technology and software group Servelec Group PLC (SERV.LN) said Wednesday it has been awarded a place on the National Grid framework agreement.

Servelec said it will supply critical systems on a project-by-project basis for at least the next five years, with an optional two-year extension.

Shares at 0705 GMT up 9 pence, or 3.4%, at 290 pence, valuing the company at GBP201.3 million.
