Commented Christopher Metz, Arctic Cat’s president and chief
executive officer: “We are making rapid progress developing new
product innovations and are pleased to begin delivering ROV models
designed in partnership with Robby Gordon. This is the second of
our three planned new ROV/ATV product waves to be introduced this
fiscal year.”
Headlining the latest 2017 models are three new Wildcat
side-by-sides: the two-occupant Wildcat X EPS and Wildcat X Limited
EPS, plus the four-occupant Wildcat 4X EPS. All three models
feature an entirely new RG PRO rear suspension package that Arctic
Cat designed with racing legend Robby Gordon. The RG PRO rear
suspension is the same tested and proven design used by Robby
Gordon in Stadium Side-X-Side races. The RG PRO suspension is aimed
at professional-level riders who demand the ultimate big bump
off-road performance.
These innovative Wildcat X models also feature new race-inspired
ROPS cages; KING aluminum gas shocks; custom cast-aluminum KMC
wheels; and a host of chassis improvements for professional-level
handling and performance. As a result, Arctic Cat is delivering the
most capable off-road machines available, with custom features that
exceed industry standards.
In addition, Arctic Cat is introducing the new Alterra 300 ATV.
High-value and low-price are the hallmarks of the new Alterra 300,
which blends full-sized features, durable engine performance and
rugged Alterra styling.
“We’ve expanded our 2017 line of Arctic Cat dirt products to
provide the most innovative technology, maximum performance and
class-leading value, and we’re not done yet,” said Greg Williamson,
Arctic Cat chief marketing officer. “These models and subsequent
machines will continue deliver the ultimate off-road experience to
every enthusiast.”
Arctic Cat’s second wave of new dirt products join the six new
models introduced in June for an unprecedented rollout of new
models in a single season. Arctic Cat now offers 30 class-leading
ROV and ATV machines for all categories of off-road work and
