joins the firm as Senior Managing Director, Head of Capital
Markets to expand and enhance B. Riley's equity capital markets and
banking business.

and institutional investors. Over the course of his finance career,
Merriman has served on several private, public and non-profit
company boards and continues to be active as a board member and
