Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Invitae Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it entered into a provider agreement effective November 1, 2016 for laboratory services with the California affiliate of a major U.S. payer. The Company expects to enter into agreements with other regional affiliates of this payer as well.
