On September 1, 2016, the Company issued a news release announcing that its “ Chess Technology Seminar” held its first program in Tampa, Florida utilizing the Company’s proprietary for live online chess competitions entitled “Choose Your Moves and Win”.

The Company also announces the establishment of paid Club Memberships. A copy of the news release is attached as an exhibit to this Report and is incorporated herein by this reference.
