Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  Shares were released from escrow in accordance with a previous contractual arrangement.
( 2)  The Form 4 filed August 15, 2014 reflected ownership of 1,778,969,312 shares, which was reduced to 355,793 shares based on a reverse stock split of one for 500 effected August 2014. Subsequently, 3,202,146 shares were issued to Reporting Person. This resulted in ownership of 3,557,939 shares before reporting this transaction.
