Twenty-five percent (25%) of the original number of shares subject to the stock option shall vest and become exercisable on the first anniversary of the date of grant and 1/48th of the original number of shares subject to the stock option shall vest and become exercisable on each monthly anniversary of the date of grant thereafter, so that all of the shares subject to the stock option shall be vested and exercisable on the fourth anniversary of the date of grant, subject to the Optionee's continuous service to the Company through each vesting date.
