Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On August 11, 2016, our Board of Directors adopted a resolution to change our fiscal year end from March 31 to June 30, effective immediately as of the date of the board resolution. We will file a report covering the transition period on Form 10-K, containing audited financial statements for the transition period ended June 30, 2016.
