The Registrant needs additional time to complete the report. Michael James Enterprises, Inc. (formerly Bullsnbears.com , Inc.), (the “Company”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2016, within the prescribed period.  The compilation and review of the material required to properly be presented in the Quarterly Report has imposed undue hardship and expense to the Company, Which has rendered the timely filing of the Quarterly Report Form 10-Q impracticable.
