Up to a price of $0.00006814 per share of common stock. Pursuant to the terms of that certain Asset Purchase Agreement, dated July 29, 2016, among the Issuer (Vapor Corp), Reporting Person (Kevin Frija), and VPR Brands, LP, the Issuer shall pay Reporting Person up to $95,800 (up to a price of $0.00006814 per share) of proceeds to be collected by the Issuer from accounts receivables of the Issuer in exchange for the 1,405,910,203 shares of common stock of the Issuer held by Reporting Person which were sold/transferred by Reporting Person to the Issuer on July 29, 2016.
