Other Events.

On July 22, 2016, Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc. issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit No. 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share of its outstanding Class A Common Stock. The dividend is payable on August 26, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 12, 2016.
