On July 27, 2016, TimkenSteel Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results for the second quarter of 2016. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by this reference.

Additionally on July 27, 2016, the Company posted to the investor relations section of its website at http://timkensteel.com a presentation of second-quarter 2016 earnings supporting information.
