announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash
dividend of $0.18 per share of common
stock for August 2016. The
dividend is payable on September 9,
2016 to common stockholders of record as of August 31, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of
August 29, 2016.
The Company intends to disclose its July
31, 2016 estimated net book value per common share in
mid-August.
The dividend declaration and the second quarter 2016 financial
results will be discussed on the quarterly AGNC stockholder call on
July 28, 2016 at 11:00 am ET. The call is open to
