Company to ring the TSX opening bell on July 26, 2016
SMITHS FALLS, ON, July 25, 2016 /CNW/ - Canopy Growth Corporation
(TSX.V:CGC) ("Canopy Growth" or "the Corporation") announced that
is has received final approval for the listing of the Corporation's
common shares (the "Common Shares") on the Toronto Stock Exchange
("TSX").
The Common Shares will commence trading on the TSX effective as
of the open of the market on July 26,
2016. Upon listing on the TSX, the Common Shares will
continue to trade under the symbol "CGC". In conjunction with
listing on the TSX, the Common Shares will be delisted from the TSX
Venture Exchange prior to the commencement of trading on
July 26, 2016.
