On July 19, 2016, Navient Corporation (the “Company”) issued an informational press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 were available on the “Investor” page of its website located at https://www.navient.com/about/investors/. Additionally, on July 19, 2016, the Company posted its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 to its above referenced web location.
