By letter dated July 18, 2016, the company reported that IDB Development Corporation Ltd. (“IDBD”) has informed to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange that the District Court of Tel Aviv has approved today the petition of IDBD’s bondholders Series IX representative to reject the request to liquidate IDBD, informed on June 2. As a result of that, the case has been closed.
