Attached is the English translation of the summary of the letter dated July 5, 2016, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores .

By letter dated July 5, 2016, the Company reported that it has extended the credit line with IRSA Propiedades Comerciales S.A. ("IRCP") up to the sum of 120,000,000 maturing June 24, 2017 at an annual interest rate of 9%, in which IRCP, directly or indirectly, is the lender, and IRSA, directly or indirectly, is the borrower.

The Audit Committee has no objections towards this transaction.
