The Board of Directors of Annaly Capital Management, Inc.
(NYSE:NLY) declared the second quarter 2016 common stock cash
dividend of $0.30 per common share. This dividend is payable July
29, 2016, to common shareholders of record on June 30, 2016. The
ex-dividend date is June 28, 2016.
Dividends may be reinvested through the Company's Dividend
Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan. Plan information may be
