Procedures, expertise, and/or intellectual property under license from Bedrocan BV as to medicinal cannabis (flos) and so employed by Bedrocan Canada or any affiliates of Canopy Growth will not be shared or form the basis for any cooperation, consultation or other form of consulting provided under the terms of the partnership with AusCann. Canopy Growth and its affiliates are exclusively entitled to utilize any of its rights under the Bedrocan BV license for Canada and South-America only.
