On May 10, 2016, Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. (the “Company”) held a conference call summarizing the Company’s financial highlights and the most important financial metrics in the first quarter ended March 31, 2016, and the outlook for the second quarter and full year 2016, followed by a “questions and answers” section. A copy of the conference call script is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
