Appointment of New Director

On April 25, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company elected Ms. Lixia Tu, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, as a director of the Company.

There is no family relationship that exists between Ms. Tu and any directors or executive officers of the Company. In addition, there are no arrangements or understandings between Ms. Tu and any other persons pursuant to which she was selected as a director of the Company and there are no transactions between the Company and Ms. Tu that would require disclosure under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
