Robotic Frozen Yogurt Kiosk Brand Recently Recognized as Industry Future Trend by Forbes Magazine

SAN DIEGO, CA--(NewMediaWire - May 9, 2016) - Fresh Healthy Vending International (OTCQB: VEND) recently announced the launch and positioning of its newest franchise brand concept, the Reis and Irvy's Froyo Kiosk. A fully-automated, fully-contained frozen yogurt vending machine that utilizes patented robotic technology and customer interaction to deliver delicious frozen yogurt creations at the point of purchase. With the ability to be placed almost anywhere consumers are present, this announcement began a buzz of excitement and anticipation across the industry for what could be a game-changing concept to the future of vending and direct-to-consumer customized product delivery.

The Reis & Irvy's "FroYo Kiosk" is the first fully-automated frozen yogurt robot to the market. The automated kiosk is fully enclosed, eliminating the possibility of spillage and drastically improving food safety conditions. The Froyo Kiosk serves up nine flavors and a choice of six delicious toppings, allowing dozens of possible combinations, and its interactive, robotic design makes it a visual spectacle for consumers of all ages. The touch screen ordering process accepts cash in addition to all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet.

The exclusivity and adaptability of this amazing product comes at a time when the industry itself is seeing new trends emerge in the demands of on-the-go consumers and the vending world as a whole. Moving past the standard pay-for-product machines of the past, companies are now looking ahead and focusing on units that can customize, deliver and prepare items based on customer interaction, not simply distribute a shelf-life product. In fact Reis and Irvy's was recently recognized as a prime example of a future trend within the vending industry in an April 22ndarticle in Forbes Magazine.

"We truly feel we are paving the way for the frozen yogurt industry to evolve into the future," said Nick Yates, chairman of Reis and Irvy's. "For years, the froyo industry suffered at the hands of high retail, high overhead and the messy do-it-yourself concepts that muddled the playing field. Not only do we feel we are now doing frozen yogurt right, but our innovation and technology has allowed us to execute it in a way that meets the needs of consumers while redefining the vending experience."

Reis and Irvy's Froyo Kiosk franchises are now available for pre-sale in 37 approved states across the U.S. with Canada on the horizon. Operators will be offered different tiers of packages and with both part time and full time investment options. The minimum part time package will include four Froyo Kiosks for an investment of $140,000 (each unit comes with a pricetag of $32,500 and a per unit franchise fee of $2,500) and expands into a full time package that includes eight Froyo Kiosks at $280,000. Franchisees also have the opportunity to secure their own locations which allows them a discount of $2,500 per unit. Franchisees are then fully-supported from start to finish by the corporate team at Reis and Irvy's, who provide all operators with premiere location procurement services, local and national marketing initiatives, national service network, franchise training and complete turnkey support.
