Citi Retail Services Wins Two Silver Awards for Innovation in The 2016 American Business Awards℠

Citi Retail Services won two Silver “Stevie® Awards” this week
in The 14th Annual American Business Awards. Citi’s Digital Sales
and Services Program won in the “Technical Innovation of the Year”
category, and its Entity Linkage Framework (ELF) Project won in the
“Innovation of the Year” category. Citi Retail Services’ has won
nine awards in the past 16 months.

More than 3,400 award nominations from organizations of all
sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year to
The American Business Awards for consideration in a wide range of
categories. Approximately 250 professionals from around the world
participated as judges.
