LONDON--3i Infrastructure PLC (3IN.LN), the investment group, Friday said it has signed an agreement to invest approximately EUR200 million ($228 million), subject to completion adjustments, in airport ground support equipment owner TCR, in a consortium with Deutsche Bank AG's (DBK.XE) asset management division.

At 0706 GMT, shares were unchanged at 181 pence.
